12-week mass & strength program
We cater to all individuals, including strength, power lifting and bodybuilding athletes. Our signature 12 week strength and muscle mass building workout program is designed for advanced athletes to help them significantly improve their raw strength and muscle mass results.
This plan consists of a 14 week period that is split up into four distinct areas of 4 week, 4 weeks, 4 weeks and 2 weeks of complete rest. Each 4 week segment is specifically designed to keep stimulating your muscle tissue from all angles to keep progress in motion. Each phase is changed accordingly as to keep you from hitting a plateau. By the end of the program you will see much improved results and we highly suggest that you take a complete 2 weeks away from resistance training to allow your body the required recovery time. Following this, you can repeat the plan.
We also stress that this is for advanced athletes only and due to the low repetition and advanced movements you need to always put safety along with proper warm-ups and stretches first.
Resistance bands workout program
The workout bands are an extremely helpful exercise tool that allows you to improve your fitness in the comfort of your home, as well as the gym. Also referred to as resistance bands or exercise tubes, they all server the same purpose, to provide a form of smooth elastic resistance when stretched.
This allows you to perform a variety of exercises for each muscle group effectively. Exercise ball workout program
The exercise, Swiss or stability ball is an extremely useful piece of workout equipment that can be used at your gym or in the comfort and privacy of your home.
Essential, the exercise ball is an elastic round ball filled with air that usually ranges from 35 to 85cm in diameter. Besides the use in exercise, it is also extremely helpful for physiotherapy and other forms of training. The main benefit of exercising with the exercise ball is that more muscles are engaged in comparison to sitting on a flat sturdy surface – more specifically your core muscles. Our custom programs or a form of condition exercise that combines cardiovascular machines with resistance exercises. In most cases it is a high intensity session that aims at minimal rest for the duration of your complete circuit, one exercise is followed by another. We have created our program to be effective for beginners as well as advanced individuals – so everyone is challenged and keeps their success rates at a maximum.
Remember, circuit training is aimed at strength and muscular endurance, not for building lean muscle mass.
First time in the gym workout
One of the biggest obstacles for most first timers to the fitness lifestyle is entering a gym, especially if they are not comfortable in crowds or have a lower self esteem.
We understand, everyone has been in that position. Our first time gym workout plan is created specifically for those that want to take that step but are unsure of what to do once they are there. We make it very simple without our introductory workout. We will lead you through each major muscle group and ask you to perform one or two exercises with as many sets. The exercises are commonly machine based so that the movement is very basic and will allow you to experience an exercise for each muscle. We send you in with a plan and you will leave with the basic knowledge of the most common exercises and confidence to return and move forward.
This plan is also ideal for those returning from an extended layoff to get their muscles accustomed to resistance training at an introductory rate.
